Scholarship information:
1. Number of scholarships: 06 scholarships (05 undergraduate scholarships, 01 graduate scholarships)
2. Scholarship value: 600 USD/Slot.
3. Admission conditions:
3.1. University:
- Students of the 2020 and 2021 class at the full-time university level;
- Academic results for the 2022-2023 school year are excellent or better (8.0 or higher).
- Actively participate in scientific research and extra-curricular activities (the score for the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023 is 80 or higher).
- Have not received a scholarship from any organization in the 2023-2024 school year.
Priority: Final year students who have the orientation to study a Master’s degree at Korea University (Korea) right after graduation (with international language certificates: TOEFL 550, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
3.2. Master:
- 2nd year full-time graduate students.
- Ensure the completion of the topics according to the training schedule.
- There are scientific research projects.
- Have a difficult economic situation, need financial support to complete the course.
- Have not received a scholarship from any organization in the 2023-2024 school year.
4. Benefit:
Students receiving the Pony Chung scholarship over the years have the opportunity to receive full scholarships to study abroad in Korea for postgraduate training programs (Masters, PhD) and Korean language and culture study programs. Short-term National at Korea University.
5. Application profile:
- Information sheet (according to the attached form below)
- Transcript and training score results for the 2022-2023 school year.
- Learning and training results:
Undergraduate level: transcript and training score results for the academic year 2022-2023, certified by the school.
Graduate level: transcript of study process (issued by the Graduate Office), published scientific research.
- Certificate of poverty or confirmation of difficult family circumstances (if any).
- Copy of international foreign language certificate (if any).
- Copies of certificates of merit, certificates of academic achievements, scientific research, and extracurricular activities (if any).
