Ding dong ding dong
Hey guys, did you know, rocks can talk too! Stones talk by leaving traces, shapes and colors on the ground. Do you want to listen to rocks tell stories? Stories about the past, about strange places, about magical creatures…
Last week, together with the teachers from the Department of Geology, the children learned about the language of rocks. You have played many good and fun games, such as:
- Hunt and collect different types of rocks, see how they are similar and different.
- Learn about how rocks are created and changed over time.
- Use tools and tests to see what’s inside the rock.
- Making art from stone, painting, making statues, making jewelry…
You were very good and obedient when learning about the Language of Stone. You also told us the interesting and useful things you learned last week.
We love and are proud of you. We also look forward to seeing you again in the coming weeks to teach you other cool things about STEAM.
Come have a fun summer with us and learn many new things with STEAM!
