Background

  • Quang-Vinh Trinh is currently a Lecturer at the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, University of Natural Sciences, VNU-HCM.
  • Quang-Vinh Trinh has made significant contributions to academia, including (i) holding three intellectual property rights, (ii) serving as a member and Chair of seven international research projects, (iii) authoring nineteen published research papers, and (iv) presenting at numerous international conferences on topics such as culture, education, language in Taiwan and Southeast Asia, and the applications of nuclear physics in industry, agriculture, medicine, and biology. He was also honored as an honorary member of the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society of the People’s Republic of China for his substantial contributions to Taiwan’s science and technology.
  • Trinh’s Ph.D. dissertation in Education Policy and Administration, titled The Effective School Model in Four Southeast Asian Countries, examined the relationship between student- and school-level factors affecting student achievement. The study proposed key recommendations for principals and governments to implement the effective school model and enhance educational quality. This unique dissertation, featuring abstracts in four languages, received the highest score in its cohort. In addition, Dr. Trinh holds dual master’s degrees in Chinese Linguistics and Nuclear Physics, reflecting his diverse academic interests and expertise.
  • Fluent in nine languages and with experience in over 30 countries, Dr. Trinh has taught in five countries across four fields: Liberal Arts & Interdisciplinary Education, Social Sciences & Humanities, Languages (Chinese, Thai, Myanmar, Vietnamese), and Nuclear Physics & Medicine. Driven by the motto, “Find what you don’t know – Know what you want to know,” he is passionate about sharing knowledge and experiences with younger generations. With over fifteen years of experience in higher education management and consulting, Dr. Trinh has delivered impactful training programs and contributed extensively to the field of education.
